Any pain you feel will never, ever, compare to the regret that comes from from walking away from love.

I think we don’t really fear death. Actually I honestly think we all fear living life. We fear that in the so many years of life we have in front of us we can’t use them to really live life you know… I think we fear the fact that when we die, we feel that we didn’t have the time to do the things we loved, because of someone who said to us that it had no future or because of our parents who told us not to. We fear the fact that when we die we feel that we didn’t have the time to say what some people really meant to us, or to spend some quality time with them. I think what we fear is looking back and really watching that our life was lived to please others rather than to please ourselves. We fear that we don’t have the guts to just go with the flow and do whatever we love to do, even if it’s the stupidest thing in the world. We fear that we don’t have the guts to go straight to someone you love, and say “I love you with all my life”. That’s what we fear the most. Not having time to do all the things we’d like to.

Forgiving is not forgetting. It’s letting go of the hurt.
